Baked Crispy Green Beans With Yogurt Dipping Sauce

These baked crispy green beans with yogurt dipping sauce are a great snack that you can serve for yourself or guests and have everyone coming back for more!
Ingredients
  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • Coconut Oil Spray
  • Your favorite plain Greek yogurt (you can buy the single servings if you want to make a small batch or a larger container - your choice!)
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley - to taste
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees
  2. Wash and cut the end off of your green beans, toss on baking sheet
  3. Spray with coconut oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste
  4. Bake for 20-30 minutes, depending on your oven
  5. Yogurt Dipping Sauce
  6. Pour your Greek yogurt into a bowl and slowly mix in your salt, pepper, garlic, onion, and parsley to taste!
Notes
If you want your green beans crispier, feel free to leave them in longer! This is a really easy recipe to double or triple for entertaining!
