It’s the beginning of a new year and like many mamas out there, you’re probably looking to make some changes with that fresh start. It’s a clean slate, so let all the newness wash over you, set all the goals and be fierce about making them all become a reality! I shared in my 2019, Starting Fresh, post about some big hopes and dreams that I have for the year, but for me, I’m not feeling my best to achieve those dreams unless I’m feeling good. Being healthy is not just important, but crucial for doing our best each day and knowing I put of a couple holiday pounds made me even more focused on getting rid of them. Why healthy breakfast smoothies for weight loss?
I have SO many answers to this question! First and foremost, if you’re a busy mama on the go, these healthy breakfast smoothies are transportable and can easily be whipped up in the morning to run to school drop off with, or can be batch frozen and prepared in advanced. Beyond that, they are incredibly nutritionally dense, will actually fill you up, and if you have a little one who is a picky eater, you can “hide” both fruits and veggies and they will still drink them. Winning, right?
