I’ve written about overcoming the Monday blue in the past, which are also a real thing in my opinion. I will honestly say though, that I’ll take a busy Monday any day over the sometimes gloominess that the winter blue bring. For some reason, this year I’m feeling it more than ever. I’m not sure if it’s because the weather has been so crappy here in Ohio and the sun has barely been out, or the fact that it hasn’t yet really snowed so we haven’t done any winter sports yet. Either way, most of my days have been spent indoors lately (whomp, whomp) and I can tell that this shift is taking a toll on my mental health. So, I’m trying to change that.
