I have to say that one of the coolest things about living in the city are the endless, beautiful window displays for department stores and boutiques. I can wander almost anywhere in the city and view with admiration the wonderful displays the store owners take the time to delicately arrange to showcase new arrivals, trends, and beyond. As we move from season to season, I see so many different items featured in these artistic displays! Knowing that I can’t buy them all (sigh), here are my 5 warm weather shopping picks to add some pop to your spring/summer wardrobe!
Warm Weather Shopping Picks
1. I’m a sucker for a romper, especially this Floral Sleeveless Romper for ONLY $30! It’s so chic and perfect when paired with your favorite denim jacket and flat or sky high wedges for an evening look.
2.Tory is just plain awesome, and this Tory Burch Kerrington Square Tote is great for the warm part of the year to tote around all your Mama goodies and work stuff. I know it’s a little on the expensive side, almost $300, but you will be very stylish so that’s all that matters!
3. I love an oversized blouse like this for the warmer months paired with shorts or my favorite skinny jeans, and I know you will too! This RD Style Sheer Sleeveless Button Front Blouse is simple in design and effortless to throw on for something as basic as running errands, but it will always look like you put some thought into what you are wearing.
4. Dolce Vita is my go-to shoe brand year round! They are just so durable, yet have a great price point. These Dolce Vita Alexi Pointy Toed Sandals are on my list this year as a sweet alternative to an open toed sandal as you are transitioning into the warmer months.
5. Okay, much of the world went crazy for Lilly Pulitzer in her collection for Target, but I still love the “real deal.” While a little bit on the shorter side, these this Lilly Pulitzer Walsh Short is still under $60 and great for adding more pattern to your spring style!
