Like I mentioned before, this is currently a huge goal of mine right now because I can tell that my hormones are all over the place lately and probably a huge reason why I struggle with weight loss.
According to Healthline, in some people, drinking green tea can help balance insulin, which leads to overall hormone balance. And let’s be honest: being a mom means that your hormones are probably all out of whack.

We use the words “mom brain” a lot, but it’s totally a real thing! Green tea works to improve brain function through the amino acid L-theanine it contains, and of course, it’s little boost of caffeine plays a role here, too.
3. Speaking of brain function, it green tea can help with the aging of the brain.
Studies have shown that green tea can have a preventitive impact on the neurons in your brain, possibly lowering the risk of dementia.

If losing weight is a goal of yours, drinking green tea on a regular basis can help. Since it can boost your metabolic rate in the short term, it can also do it in the long term. Various studies show that green tea can have a positive impact on weight loss, especially in the abdomen area.

We all want to be around long enough to play with our grandchildren and watch them grown up, and green tea can have a positive impact on your life span, too. Various compounds within green tea can help prevent things like cardiovascular disease, heart disease, and protect you against some cancers, thus helping you live longer.
