What is a detox bath?
A detox bath is simply a way to get as many toxins out of our bodies as possible, while enjoying a relaxing soak in the tub. For me, these are especially great if I just need a second to unwind and don’t have the option of hiring a babysitter and taking a break outside the house. A detox bath during nap time is pretty much just what the doctor ordered.
What I love about a detox bath is that there are so many simple items that we already have laying around the house (epsom salts, essential oils) that can easily be used to pull icky toxins from your body. No need to run to the store for these detox bath recipes!
