Happy Beauty Thursday, lovelies!
Here at Project Motherhood, we have been ready for open-toed shoe weather for a while! So today, our team collaborated on a post to share with you our experiences as we tried out three different foot scrubs to get our feet walking-the-runway in sandals ready, so check out our feedback below!

Who tried it: Allison, Project Motherhood Founder
What they thought: “I’ve been using this for as long as I can remember and have always been obsessed with it! I am rough on my feet with the shoes that I wear and nothing else has yet been able to relieve my feet of that stress without going to the spa. I also love the aromatherapy aspect because it can energize you, de-stress your mind–whatever you choose!”

Who tried it: Deborah, Project Motherhood Editor
What they thought: “As I joyfully broke out my spring sandals, I also reached for the nearest foot scrub, which turned out to be “Pretty Feet & Hands, Rough Skin Remover.” After one application of this lightly scented and easy to apply product I was honestly underwhelmed, but since the directions said to “apply a small amount daily”, I noticed more noticeable exfoliating and softer skin on my second try, a plus for any springtime look.”
The details: Pretty Feet & Hands, Purchased at Giant Eagle Supermarket drug and beauty department, $6.39 for 3 ounces.
Who tried it: Kelly, Project Motherhood Intern
What they thought: “Sandal season is upon us, which means our feet should be prepared. My favorite foot scrub is “Tea Tree Oil Cooling Foot Scrub” by Earth Therapeutics. This scrub smells amazing, gently removes callused areas and can be used anywhere else you find dryness on your body!”
The details: Tea Tree Oil Cooling Foot Scrub, purchased at Ulta in a travel size for $2 full size is $9.
So bare those toes and share with us! What’s your favorite foot scrub and why?

I loooooove the idea of an aromatherapy foot scrub. I was just thinking last night that I’m not as good as I should be about taking care of my feet during the summer. My inner tomboy still thinks it’s cool to rock barefoot, dirty feet all summer! #Doh!! 😉

Ugh. I desperately need a good foot scrub! The bath and body works one looks right down my alley. I need to check it out!
