I grew up wearing heels pretty much all the time. The very pointy-toed ones, in all different colors. I have very vivid memories of my uncles messing with me at family gatherings, snickering that my toes were going to take on the shape of the shoes and become pointed, too. Thank goodness that never happened! But, a lot has changed since I have become a Mama and moved to New York City – where much walking while holding oversized bags, backpacks, groceries, and trying to grab onto Branden’s wiggly hand as we cross the streets takes place. Yes, I’ve learned a lot from my former self, and I rarely do the above walking in the sky-high heels of my past.

I truly do love flats, and they now come in so many fun colors – and even pointed toes! But my favorites have got to be Easy Spirit flats, as they are absolutely stylish and beyond comfortable in every way imaginable! They are a New York City Mama’s dream!
