My Jogging Journey With The BOB Jogging Stroller
Unless you are incredibly disciplined, sticking with a regular fitness routine as a parent can be challenging. It always seems to be that “thing” that gets put on the back burner if we get too busy and unless you go to a gym that has child care – those days when the kids are sick or act up gets added to the list of reasons why not to workout. Well, I’ve found my reason “why to” with the new Bob Revolution Flex Lunar Jogging Stroller. I was gifted the BOB Revolution Flex Lunar Stroller to try out and share my review.
I recently opening up about my running struggles postpartum and how it really took me much longer than expected to hit the pavement again and all the (silly) things that held me back. I’ve always made time for fitness at least 3 days a week, working out at home, but there’s just a rush that I get from running that I had really found myself missing. I realized that perfect resolution for a busy mom was to get the BOB jogging stroller so that I can run again, first thing in the morning after we drop Branden off at school and have Blake with me along for the ride (ahem, no child care needed = no excuses!).
And as you can see, Blake loves being along for the ride! I also wanted to add that the cup holders and tire pump come separate, and you can purchase them here.

First, whenever I started querying my friends about the perfect jogging stroller, every single person told me to look into the BOB jogging stroller without hesitation, which says a lot, and I definitely agree with their enthusiasm. The absolute only downfall of this stroller is how big and heavy it is, but that will be something that you will get with almost every single jogging stroller on the market because of the needs of the stroller. But I will say that hasn’t been a hassle for anyone that I know, because I have friends who have chosen to take this stroller cross country on air planes, over their super lightweight umbrella strollers because of how amazing it rides.
Reasons I love the Bob jogging stroller
- Fully upright seating as well as relined, too. (Basically Blake can sleep all day in here if she wanted to!) The image below shows how easy it is to pull and release the supports to allow you to transition from position to position.
2. The safety element. The Lunar ultra reflective fabric keeps you safe and visible during morning jogs or evening strolls.
3. All-terrain capabilities. I know they call NYC the concrete jungle, but what I navigate every day is nothing compared to the terrain if we go hiking. Stay tuned as I’ll show you that, too when we take our next trip. But the BOB jogging stroller steers to well, to maneuver tight turns with ease or locks forward for increased stability when jogging or on rough terrain.
4. Extra-large UPF 50+ canopy shields your child from sun and weather. This is something that NONE of my other strollers have that I think is truly amazing. Check me out below peeking in at Blake – it really is great that I can see what she’s up to if she starts crying while I’m running.

5. The storage space. I mean, this one is pretty self explanatory. Us moms have all the things!
6. The integrated pockets. Blake actually has pockets in her seat so I can set her cup in there for easy access! This seriously set the BOB jogging stroller apart for me from anything else out there.

I love how much lighter this one looks. Mine is close to 10 yrs old and it is so heavy! Trying to maneuver it is difficult and is one of the reasons I quit using it. Plus this one definitely looks more comfortable then ours. Thanks for the review!

I’m an avid runner and this looks nice. I have two joggers and one shakes when you go two fast, the other slightly heavy. Thanks for the review
