Why I Love This Easy Greek Yogurt Salad Dressing
The first reason I love this easy greek yogurt salad dressing is all in the title – because it’s so easy to make. I feel like there is no reason to add complicated things to our busy lives and if I can whip something up in the kitchen instead of pouring it from a bottle, that’s always a winning situation to me.
This dressing also tastes amazing! I tend to have a sweet tooth and love that having a salad dressing that adds just a little bit of sweetness to savory vegetables helps to curb any other crazy foods I might go for instead.

Easy Greek Yogurt Salad Dressing Recipe
Ok you guys, this is just how simple it is to make this greek yogurt salad dressing recipe!
Ingredients:
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon stevia of your choice (the liquid works best for this)
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup full fat Greek yogurt.
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- optional: 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
Blend all of your greek yogurt salad dressing ingredients together in a blender or food processor. Our favorite is the very basic Ninja Blender (I’m not into anything fancy). Blend until smooth, typically just a few seconds. You can use immediately on your salad and store the rest. Keep scrolling for tips to store it to help the leftovers last longer.

How to store this easy greek yogurt salad dressing
So we all know that making your own homemade salad dressing is the best alternative to buying something in the store. But along with this healthier option, comes a teeny tiny little bit of a challenge when storing it. This is only because it’s not laden with icky preservatives that the store bough kind is filled to the brim with. While this is GOOD, it also means that it doesn’t last as long. But I think that taking 5-10 minutes every week or so to make your own salad dressing without artificial ingredients is the best alternative possible.
However, if you store your greek yogurt salad dressing properly, you will prolong it’s life.
- Make sure you store it in a glass jar with a lid that is on tight.
- Refrigerate it in a cold, dry place.
- Monitor your salad dressing. This is important because it will not preserve the way we’re used to with store bought salad dressings.
- Discard after two weeks at the most.
Tips for This Easy Greek Yogurt Salad Dressing:
- For a savory salad, pour this over lettuce with bacon crumbles for a party in your mouth!
- Make extra and use as a dip (your kids will love it!) for veggies. It goes great on a charcuterie board when entertaining. To do this, you can add a little extra greek yogurt if you prefer a thicker consistency.
