Keto Snack Recipes: Energy Bites For The Win!
Before I started the keto diet, I created an energy bites recipes that have gained lots of popularity. I make it every once in a while for my family because it is still incredibly healthy, but it just doesn’t follow the keto lifestyle, so I don’t eat it. But I do love the ease of popping energy bites into your mouth as an easy treat or a simple way to fuel you through a low energy moment, so I create one of my new favorite keto snack recipes: keto energy bites!
With seriously only 5 ingredients, all being things that are staples in a keto pantry, you will be able to whip these up in 5 minutes and really enjoy adding them to your day.
Easy keto snack recipes: how to makes these keto energy bites
In all seriousness, I typically have a toddler pulling at my leg whenever I do ANYTHING, so I don’t have time for any keto snack recipes that are complicated. Everything in my life needs to be easy or I don’t really have time for it these days. I’m sure that your life is quite the same, kids or not, life is busy. So I made sure the best keto snack recipes I have handy are effortless.
What you need to make the energy bites:
- 1 tsp pure vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- Lilys baking chips to taste
Step 1: measure out all of your ingredients and pour the peanut butter into a large mixing bowl.
Step 2: pour in your vanilla and cinnamon.
Step 3: add that yummy coconut!
Step 4: add as much of the Lily’s baking chips that you like. I use these because each dark chocolate chip is sweetened with stevia, making these keto snack recipes actually keto friendly. It’s your only sweetener on the whole recipe, so keep that in mind.
Step 5: mix all ingredients with a spoon and then start rolling into small, bite-sized balls and set aside in a bowl. It’s also a little bit easier to roll them if you set aside the mixture in the fridge for a couple of minutes. Once all the dough is formed into balls, refrigerate.
Step 6: After they’ve hardened a bit, feel free to enjoy!
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
Lilys baking chips to taste
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, stir everything together and refrigerate for 5 minutes. Roll the dough into small balls, refrigerate for an hour and serve cold!
- Keep stored
int the refrigerator.

Rather than sourcing a specific product (which is not available everywhere) I will have to substitute grated dark chocolate and sweetener of my choice. Please explain how much chocolate you used and how much each ball weighed to achieve the macros in your nutrition panel.
