Whether my day is incredibly hectic, I need a little energy boost, or just let loose, having some mood booster playlists at my fingertips is the easiest way to do that quickly. There is just something about the power of music that is…well…so powerful. It fills you up in a way that almost immediately allows you to recharge and I love that.
Dance parties are also a huge part of our life and have helped tame probably one too many temper tantrums from Miss Blake. We also have a little routine where she helps me fold laundry (she’s getting pretty good!) and we listen to the Mona station on Pandora and it’s become a special part of our day. I love that she is a little music lover like me.

The Best Mood Booster Playlists For Busy Moms
Ok mamas, these are my go-to Pandora mood booster playlists! I rotate these all day long, depending on my mood or the one I’m looking to get to. I also use these for working out and they keep me going!
SoulCycle Station – When we lived in the city, I attended SoulCycle classes regularly and always loved the music. This gives me the motivation I need to get through a workout and is also really great whenever I’m in a “deep cleaning the house” mood.
P!nk Station – I adore her and this station is a great mix of P!nk music as well as so many incredible female artists.
Moana Station – The best of Disney in my opinion, which includes quite a few favorites that are equally great for adults as they are the kids.
Spice Girls Station – Tell me what you want, what you really really want. You know you want to feel nostalgic and bring some Spice Girls from your youth back into your life.
Train Station – Over the summer, I took Chris to the Goo Goo Dolls/Train concert and we went basically because we LOVE Goo Goo Dolls and left some serious Train fans. They have SO many more songs than we realized and is so good. I listen to this whenever I’m making dinner.
80s Rock – Does this even need an explanation?
