Like so many of you, I became super lax about my eating habits during the COVID-19 pandemic at the beginning. And honestly, how could we not? My anxiety grew so high with so much unknown, we were all trapped indoors, we all became instant homeschool teachers. It’s been a rough ride.
I was pretty proud of myself for keeping up with my fitness goals, however, my eating (and if we’re being honest: drinking, too) was so horrible that I finally hit rock bottom about 3 weeks ago and knew that I needed a change of mindset. I started keto again about 3 Mondays ago and feel amazing, which is always how being on the keto diet changes my life. It’s that powerful, seriously, I could go on and on forever.
Chris and I also bought a treadmill at the beginning of the coronavirus outbreak and we just bought some cool weights, an 8-pound medicine ball, and a rowing machine this week to complete (for now) our home gym. We’re on a journey to get healthier. And lemon water for weight loss is a huge part of that.
