Blake is in preschool 4 days a week, Branden will be starting a hybrid model next month, and then we have gymnastics and Jiu-Jitsu thrown in on weekends and evenings. Oh yeah…and Chris and I work a lot in between their schedules, too. Funny how everything revolves around the kids, huh?

Active Days Call For KetoChow
I feel like the month of September was all about the start of the new school year and now October has been all about settling into our new routines, now that the newness of it all is finally wearing off. Since I work from home and have always been here with the kids, there has been so much new in our routines that it’s almost like night and day compared to before September started.
Like I mentioned before, we’re running Blake to and from preschool each day and then Branden officially starts two days a week of Jiu-Jitsu the first week in November and Blake’s gymnastics is once per week. All of that running around means that I’m not always home to cook myself a keto meal, so I’m so thankful that Chris and I can bring our Ketochow with us as we are going from place to place.

First things first, Ketochow is only for the over 18 crowed, so it’s a favorite of mine and Chris’s to have handy and we grab something else for the kids to enjoy.
