**This is a sponsored post on behalf of our Food Allergy Awareness Campaign. Due to the severity of food allergies, always check with the company and your physician before trying any new products. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to FARE for research and education. As always, opinions are my own. **

Thankfully, none of my kids have demonstrated any food allergies yet. But some of their friends have specific allergies. I get so nervous feeding them. This is a great resource.

Food allergies are so serious, I really love seeing blog posts that help raise awareness about them. Even though my own family doesn’t have any food allergies, it’s good to be informed just in case I need the details!

I love that there are books now for kids with food allergies! There are even two picture books available for kids with Celiac Disease. It’s a nice way to help them understand that they may have to eat differently from other kids but that doesn’t make them “different’ in a bad way.
