We know this. Sleep is what gives us the energy to actually make it through the day. But, it’s when we stop getting that critical sleep that we need when we actually stop to think about how valuable it is in our lives. Do what works for you. I ended up sleeping with both my babies (and still do). We all get good sleep that way.
