If we’re being honest here: my bedside table drawer is a complete disaster. It’s a place where random odds and ends go to never be seen again, little ziploc bags filled with baby teeth are stored, and the latest book I’ve desperately tried to read at night is placed. For me though, it’s more about what sits on the top of my bedside table that is most important.
This is the place where I store the essentials that I keep that are a part of my healthy lifestyle – without making anything complicated. I’m always looking for simple, so this is where I keep the items that I need within arm’s reach whenever I’m in bed at night watching t.v. or first thing in the morning. And if you’ve been following a long the past few months, you know that my favorite Ameo Life products are most definitely on the list!

Bedside Table Ideas For a Healthy Living Boost
I just want to stress something first before I continue with my list here: being a mom in the year 2021 is a challenge. We have so many daily pressures to strive for perfection and it’s just not possible. This is why taking care of our basic health needs and having these daily routines to me, are so important. When these items are literally within reach and become a part of your rituals, you know that your needs are being met – which are just as important as everyone else’s.
Onto my list of bedside table ideas!
To keep things on the tider side, I keep all of these items stored in a basket, but you can organize them however makes the most sense for you.
A notebook and pen.
I am a busy mom living with anxiety and having a notebook and pen handy makes a huge difference when it comes to my mental health. If there is something I need to remeber to do the next day that I’m worried I will forget, I can quickly jot it down. If I have a blog post idea that I don’t want to overlook, hello keeping track! And then of course there is something so therapeutic about taking pen to paper and crossing items off of your to-do list, you just can’t get that kind of pleasure when you use your phone’s notes.
Ameo Life Lozenges.
Back in August, I introduced you all to the healthing powers of Silver in all of Ameo Life’s products and I’m still using them on a daily basis. Knowing the amazing immune boosting properties of Silver, you are going to want to try their deliscious lozenges, too. (Green apple is my new favorite flavor!) Not only will they help to heal a scratchy throat, but they also give you the ability to have the benefits of silver in your mouth for 6-10 minutes, 6 being what is needed to keep it in contact with your mouth for optimal support for oral/throat health. It’s great to have one everyday!
Chapstick.
This is pretty self explantory, but I’m one of those people who has to have chaptsick on my lips at all time – especially before bed.
Ameo Life Silver Solution.
I use the Silver Solution on a daily basis to help support my gut health. Whenever I started adding this to my routine, I kept it in the kitchen on my windowsill and found that over time I would forget to stop and drink it. When I enter the kitchen, I’m busy focusing on other things, so moving it to my bedside table was a better reminder to take my twice daily serving, once in the morning and then once before bed.

Hand lotion.
Hand lotion is like chapstick for the hands! As we get older, keeping our skin moisturized to not only be healthy but look more youthful is super important, but it also just feels better, too. I know that if I don’t have it handy, then I’m less likely to use it as often as I should.
