My Classic Mom Style

From Florida by the pool to a weekend at our busy NYC beaches to back to strolling through this concrete jungle – I’ve been all over the place. It seems like we have always been close to a body of water lately and this week we went back to one of our favorite spots in the city: The Metropolitan Museum of Art – so fun! Because I work so much and summer is pretty much “camp mommy” I make sure that our weekends are jam packed and that we have at least one week day adventure on a day I can get away. I couldn’t keep up with these two without some comfort in my style, so I’ve been rocking my Reebok Classics from DSW these days!

I think you can all agree with me when I say that mom style is all about a mixture of fashion and function, right? We need to be comfortable enough to chase after kiddos, but at the same time, if we’re not wearing something that we feel confident in, well….then it’s just a bad day. Because that’s what my classic mom style is all about,  I couldn’t be more excited that the Reebok Club MEMT Classic shoes are back, available at DSW and perfect for everyday style.

First things first, I absolutely LOVE shopping at DSW for both me and the kids. It makes shopping much easier, whether I’m shopping online or in-store – or even shopping online and having my shoes shipped to the store. It’s convenient and fits every schedule. When I ordered these babies, I shopped online because I wanted them in my wardrobe ASAP, but we had just returned from vacation so I was busy playing catch-up on life…so shopping from my computer it was!

They can easily be paired with everything from denim skirts to your favorite yoga pants, and I love that versatility. That’s a huge reason they fit into my busy mom life. On this day, I paired them with my favorite, comfy, skinny pants with some trendy rips in them and a classic striped tee. Easy, effortless style that I feel good in and that’s really what matters at the end of the day.
