The Easiest Keto Chaffle Recipe (Savory or Sweet!)
Before I move any further (I know, you’re ready to get to the recipe) I want to introduce you to why this really, truly is the easiest keto chaffle recipe: because they include Keto Chow. This not the first time I have introduced you guys to this delicious meal replacement shake that comes in either sweet or savory varieties.
I’ve tried a lot of keto things on the market and I’ve honestly never had anything like Keto Chow, it’s a game-changer. I’m not sure how they do it, but these shakes actually taste amazing and can be meal prepped to have handy for the whole week. I am excited to share with you all today that the shakes can be used to create some pretty awesome food items, too.
What you need to make the keto chaffles recipe:
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups cheese (mozzarella is best)
- 1 serving Keto Chow flavor of your choice whichever flavor you like!
How to make the chaffles: It’s so simple! All you have to do is mix all the ingredients into a large bowl and scoop out some of the mixture onto your waffle iron and let it cook. This recipe will yield 3 servings.
I often will double or even triple the recipe and make a bunch ahead of time. They can easily be left in the refrigerator for a few days or even frozen so that you always have them handy. Whenever I’m ready to eat, I literally just throw them in my toaster and they come out perfect!

Some Keto Chow Flavor Suggestions
To make more of a traditional, sweet waffle, add in chocolate, banana, or snickerdoodle (shop sweet flavors here!). These make a great dessert when you add some whipped cream and sugar-free chocolate sauce, too!
If you want to make your own pizza crust, add in Creamy Tomato Basil Keto Chow and top with a sugar-free pizza sauce and your favorite toppings.
If you are looking for something that is more bread-like for a burger, grilled cheese, or a panini, mix in the Savory Chicken Soup.
And lastly, if you are planning your next Taco Tuesday night, use Spicy Taco Soup to make a soft taco shell.
