Tis the season! Whether you are hosting the holidays at your house or are attending a socially distanced gathering, I’m sure you’re looking for some easy mocktail recipes to share this holiday season. I always love bringing a non-alcoholic option because this way the kids and the non-drinkers can participate in all the delicious fun!
And this cinnamon roll mocktail does not disappoint.
You guys…it’s like drinking the holiday season right in a cup.
To make this super easy mocktail recipe, I use my favorite Torani Sugar Free Brown Sugar Cinnamon Syrup! As you all know, I do as much as I possibly can to reduce the sugar intake in our household and I love making homemade drinks, so having Torani Sugar Free Syrups handy is a must in the Cooper household.

Easy Mocktail Recipes: Cinnamon Roll Mocktail
Because everyone has different preferences, I’m going to specify how to make a few different variations of this drink so that you can truly enjoy all it has to offer. For the keto crowd, I also included a special variation for making it keto-friendly. And for all my coffee mamas, there’s also a version that includes some of your favorite brew to make it the perfect hot or cold drink to indulge in on Christmas morning.
Before you make this easy mocktail recipe, I do want to point out that it will need to chill in the refrigerator overnight, so give yourself some extra time whenever planning to serve this.
What you need for this cinnamon roll mocktail:
- Torani Sugar Free Brown Sugar Cinnamon Syrup – 8 tablespoons
- 3 cups milk
- 2 cups half and half
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 4 egg yolks
- Extra cinnamon for sprinkling!
This recipe yields about 5 servings, which can be stretched to 8 if you decide to pour it over coffee (see below!).
How to make these easy mocktail recipes:
Step one: On the stove over medium heat, mix together the milk, half and half and Torani Sugar Free Brown Sugar Cinnamon Syrup.
Step two: In a bowl, whisk together the egg yolks with a small scoop of the heated milk mixture from the stove.
Step three: Pour the egg yolk mixture in the pot on the stove and add the cinnamon sticks. Let it simmer until the mixture begins to thicken. Remove it from the heat and let cool.
Step four: Strain the mixture into a jar and store it in the refrigerator overnight.
Step five: Serve hot, cold, or over ice and enjoy!
For my keto mamas:
Substitute the milk for unsweetened vanilla almond milk and the half and half for heavy cream.
For my coffee mamas:
Brew your favorite hot or cold brew as you typically would and mix half of the cinnamon roll mocktail with your coffee for the sweetest caffeine kick around!
