I will admit to you all hands down that we have been blessed in this household with pretty good sleepers. Despite the fact that both of our kids dropped their second nap pretty much as soon as they turned 12 months, which makes it harder for me to get work done during the day, they’ve both slept through the night soundly with early bedtimes to boot. In order to get better sleep naturally, I’ve been doing a few different things. Every single one of these natural sleep remedies is easy to integrate into your daily evening, won’t disrupt your routine with your children and will seriously help you not only fall asleep – but stay asleep.
1. Get better sleep naturally with Sambrosa

An hour before bedtime, get that phone into the kitchen, plug it in the charger and just walk away. If you use the alarm on your phone to wake you up in the morning – buy an alarm clock. I know that getting better sleep is a goal that so many of us have and honestly, it’s a crucial part of our overall health.
