This is the last holiday style post of the season, so I’m making it a good one! Red velvet makes the season bright, and this blazer is perfection for all occasions.

I will not tell a lie, especially whenever it comes to fashion. Red velvet is where it’s at for me whenever it comes to the holiday season, I just love it. Last week, I styled one of my favorite blouses that I always pull out during the holiday season in a bright red crushed velvet top that was stretchy and comfortable for all holiday gatherings. Today, I’m sharing a very classic take on a structured red velvet tuxedo blazer.
The blazer I’m wearing is from Express and about three years old at this point, but still very much a closet staple for me. If you follow me on Instagram, you saw that I shared a reel last week about how I plan to create less about fast fashion and focus more on quality pieces and this fits right into that category for me. Since Express no longer carries this red velvet tuxedo blazer, I have linked a bunch from Amazon below that are under $100 and wonderful to recreate each of these looks with!

How to Style a Red Velvet Blazer 3 Ways
Style 1: Classic with a cropped bucket dark denim
Styling the red velvet blazer with a cropped bucket dark denim is also the version that you can see featured at the very beginning of this post and in my featured image. I chose the image above because I wanted you to see how rich and shiny the fabric is up close! This blazer is beautifully crafted to last for a long time and you can see how close attention was paid to details when you see the buttons on the sleeves. I’m always known for throwing on a blazer with jeans, I just love the whole casual, sexy look of it.
Style 2: Faux leather leggings and sky-high heels
First, if you watched my reel unboxing these magical Sam Edelman shoes, I told you that I would be wearing them constantly throughout this holiday season and I have! (Check out the reel below for an up close look at how beautiful they glisten!). I paired this red velvet blazer with my favorite sequin cami and Spanx faux leather leggings.

Style 3: Faux leather dress with little back heels
My mother in law got me this faux leather dress for Christmas a couple of years ago and it fits like a glove! It’s not something I ever thought would look good on my figure, but I feel so amazing in it and recommend it to anyone looking to feel sexy this holiday season. I also wore it on a trip to Vegas and it was comfortable enough to wear the whole night. I also bought these wedge little back heels for out trip to Vegas because a wedge heel is just perfection in my opinion and I love the gold block heel.
