I’ve shared in the past how truly easy I feel that the keto diet is to integrate into your life. I don’t feel stressed day to day or when I walk into a restaurant, there is almost always a work around this with every meal so that it can be made keto friendly. The only downside to this lifestyle is that there aren’t a ton of keto friendly snacks that are easy to grab and go, especially whenever you live a busy life. Now, we all should be limiting processed foods as it is, but I have found a few healthy versions that that become my go-tos for busy moments in the past that I want to share with you all. Now, if you’re looking for some important kitchen staples to help you be more successful with the diet, I’ve got my favorite 8 items here.
Since I’m a work at home mom, I do meal prep a lot and have the ability to reach for things in the fridge like fruits (berries), veggies or pickles and pepperoni when I want to snack. However, I know that isn’t the norm for everyone or every lifestyle.
