This year, we are hosting our very first Thanksgiving dinner in our new home. I have been playing through my mind all of the recipes that we plan to make and all the memories we get to share with our loved one. I’m so happy that we now live close enough to my family so that it’s a quick 55 minute drive for us all to be together to gorge ourselves with Thanksgiving goodness. Chris and I also got the idea in our heads that we wanted to create a fun, signature cocktail for the day that really screams Thanksgiving, but doesn’t add too, too much to our calorie count for the day.
Enter the lighted up pumpkin pie mule recipe that will be you and your families new yearly Thanksgiving day tradition!
Lightened Up Pumpkin Pie Mule Recipe
I’m always searching for the lightened up version of every cocktail if possible because those cocktail calorie can add up quick. Add on top of that all the butter and turkey goodness that Thanksgiving brings with it and you are sure to need a bigger pair of pants the next day. You will all love this yummy twist on a classic!
We have been long-time fans of everything Torani Syrup in our home and I often add the sugar-free versions to my coffee in the morning in place of sugar for a more decadent cup of joe or add a tablespoon to unflavored seltzer water. There are seriously so many creative things you can do with Torani Syrup! Since fall has been here though, Torani Sugar-Free Pumpkin Pie Syrup has been my go-to as I get into the holiday spirit.
Made with real, simple ingredients like pure cane sugar & natural flavors, you can also check out Torani.com 10% OFF Torani Flavors of the Month Syrups.

If you are anything like me and are ready to consume anything and everything pumpkin flavored as soon as September hits (because who can wait until November?), I highly suggest working this lightened up pumpkin pie mule recipe into your cocktail rotation. And for all you pumpkin lovers that are non-drinkers out there, or if you just want to share the goodness with the kids, you can easily omit the vodka for a still mouthwatering mocktail that will get any party going!
XOXO,
Allison
