I will fully admit that I find myself saying silently over and over again, “just breathe in and out” lately. Our little baby Blake just turned one and even though I have fully embraced and enjoyed those last, sweet baby moments, it’s so hard for me to believe that we have a toddler on our hands now – officially. A giggly, full of life, still sleeps with her bum up in the air toddler ready to take in all that the world around her has to offer and we’re so excited to be along for the ride. While there are so many things that we now need for these toddler years (and a lot more things that we don’t – thank goodness!), Enfagrow® Toddler Next Step™ was the first thing on my list to get as our baby officially hit this milestone.
Did you know that 85% of brain growth happens during the first three years of life? It’s true, and so important for us parents to take note of this to help ensure our toddlers are getting important DHA to help nourish this brain growth. Experts recommend that toddlers have 70-100 mg/day of DHA to support early brain and eye development on average, a toddler’s diet only provides about 25% of the amount experts recommend. I do the best I can to help fill that gap and definitely depend on Enfagrow® Toddler .
We love Enfagrow Toddler because of the ease it brings to our life. We’re busy and always on the go, and sometimes that happens during mealtime or the time of day when Blake would be needing her bottle. Since she has turned one, we’ve worked hard to transition her to a sippy cup and can easily add the nutrition filled powder to water as we go throughout our day.
Enfagrow is a milk-based toddler drink tailored for toddlers 1-3 years that has DHA and complements their diet to help ensure good nutrition for their changing needs and tastes. And to be honest, it was a smooth transition for us, going from infant formula to toddler formula, as I know we can all be hesitant about this as parents. Every little one is different though, so ease into and find a routine that works best for you.
Available in the powder form or in a convenient 32oz liquid bottle, Enfagrow Toddler will become your go-to for your little, too!
At the end of the day, I want to do everything in my capability to give this little girl the best beginning possible so that she is always filled to the brim with energy for all of the amazing things that I know she’s capable of in this world.

I had no idea that 85% of the brain develops during the first three years of life. Indeed we need to make sure that our children are getting all the nutrients they need to develop healthy and have a happy childhood.

It’s not easy to take care of a kid, especially one who has just learn how to walk! I really respect all mums and dads out there who have to juggle their work and life doing that~ Nice of you to share to let all mums out there that they are not alone!
