You all know I’m always looking for a great deal and after being invited to view all the Walmart baby items that are newly hitting store shelves, I can honestly say that you aren’t sacrificing anything with these new items.

If you guys follow me on Instagram, you already know that I attended a super fun Sip and See that Walmart threw last week in the Flatiron District in NYC to preview the coolest and most innovative Walmart baby items they have to offer, not only from their brand, Parent’s Choice, but all the cool baby gear on the market they’re selling, too. I was so excited to attend because baby gear excites this mama and I love sharing everything that’s new a cool with you guys. You already know that I’m a huge fan of the Parent’s Choice food pouches and shared in the past how they’ve helped us eat healthy on a budget – well this line of food is expanding and is nothing short of awesome!

Before I get into specifics, I want to point out that so many of us (me included) think or thought of Walmart in general as very budget-friendly – which they are – but I can honestly say that after learning about their new Walmart baby gear and products and the processes behind them, that Walmart should be your first stop when building your baby registry as they are incredibly ahead of the curve when it comes to many organic choices, recycling and eco-friendly options, and products that honestly rival some of the most famous names out there – seriously.

The coolest Walmart baby items that need to be on your registry

I’m going to share with you what I feel were my biggest takeaways from the event last week, but I strongly urge you to take a walk through the baby and toddler sections to check out all the new products they are carrying – you will honestly be surprised walking through the Walmart baby aisle.

1. Safety 1st RIVE Ultra Lightweight Travel System Stroller

This stroller was honestly one of the coolest things to me as a parent. Not only is it extremely lightweight, budget-friendly at $199, but it is made completely from recycled materials. In fact, a lot of products in the Walmart baby section are and you probably don’t even realize it – which I think is fantastic! This stroller is also made right here in the United States and is the only stroller with machine washable zip off fabrics. Shop it here!

2. Everything FridaBaby

FridayBaby has been one of our favorite brands since Blake was little (specifically the Snot Sucker Saline Kit), but they are releasing so many new products and kits such as the Sick Day Kit and more so that parents can be prepared for all the unexpected moments that…well…being a parent brings! 3. Parent’s Choice Insulated Stainless Steel Two Handled Sippy Cup

We have been a huge fan of stainless steel sippy cups for Blake since she first started using them because her drinks stay warm or cold for hours on end. I was so happy to hear that the Walmart baby section will now include their own brand of these cups, making them even more cost effective. And as a little bonus tip: they are actually working on developing stainless steel bottles for babies, too. Shop the stainless steel sippy cup here!

4. Parent’s Choice Baby Wipes

I actually had the opportunity to test out the Parent’s Choice wipes they have worked so hard to get to be the softest on the market as well as feel, compared against their biggest competitors. For a fraction of the cost, the Walmart brand baby wipes have the highest percentage of cotton in them than any other brand currently out there. Your baby’s bum will thank you. 5. Parent’s Choice Formula with HMOs

HMOs or Human Milk Oligosaccharide is growing in popularity as a formula additive that makes it so much more like actual breastmilk than ever. It is an extremely innovative technology and Walmart is on top of it! I was so excited to see this in their sampling of new products about the launch. Shop Parent’s Choice formula here. 

6. Parent’s Choice Organic Baby Food

The chef on staff for Walmart, seriously rivals that of ones in world-renowned 4 star restaurants and even though their baby food jars and food pouches are extremely reasonable in price (typically under $1 each), the organic options are even better than some of the biggest name brands that sit next to them on store shelves.
