What to do With Kids At Seven Springs Resort
First of all, as you can see above, it wasn’t just the Cooper family that spent the day at Seven Springs Resort, but my parents, younger sister Annelise and her boyfriend, Shane’s family were there with us, too. (Shout out to Mrs. Heim for taking this photo!) It truly is a family friendly spot and a great place to spend a winter weekend with your whole crew.
I have very distant memories of visiting Seven Spring Ski Resort as a kid and never really got into skiing overall, but as an adult, it’s something that’s on my bucket list and it was important to me to take my family there to take advantage of the snow. During this trip, we took advantage of their super fun snow tubing and seriously had SO much fun!
If you are interested in skiing with your little ones, I want to make sure that you guys are aware of a wonderful program that Seven Spring Resort is currently running for elementary ages kids called Snowpass. With this program, kids in 4th and 5th-grade ski free (I know…FREE for real!). This program takes place at any participating resort, which you can find more about through Ski PA and this age is truly a wonderful time to get kids on the slopes!
Snow tubing is a great option for kids ages 4 and up. Blake stayed with my parents while we went tubing with Branden, which is done in two-hour increments. It was a blast! There was music playing and it wasn’t too crowded so we had many rides down the hills. They do have music playing, which made it even more fun and also makes me want to go back and experience snow tubing at Seven Springs Resort at night under the lights!
This photo was taken at the famous Foggy Bottom at Seven Spring Resort, which is a bar, but kids are running around, too. It overlooks the slopes, which kept Blake busy and was a fun place to just hang with the family after a fun day of winter festivities.
